Blind Hams Canada
This is the home of Blind Hams Canada. If you are a Canadian Ham Radio enthusiast who wishes to connect with other blind or visually impaired users, Blind Hams Canada is for you!
While the OSB/WRMS Alumni Association is here to foster this club's growth due to the school's history as a major centre for Ham Radio education among blind and visually impaired users, Blind Hams Canada is an independent organization and its membership is open to anyone who wishes to join. The best way to do that is to contact Terry Bray using this link
or to send an email to gtbray@rogers.com.
You can also join the Blind Hams Canada Google Group which is listed below.
The Blind Hams Canada Email List
This is a newly-created and independent list for blind and visually impaired Amateur Radio enthusiasts. Important! You do not have to be an alumnus of the school to join. Ham Radio has had a long history of blind users, and with all the new tecnology available these days, the barriers to becoming a Ham are much lower than they were in the past. Join this list to learn more!
